Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením nákladů IT služeb ve společnosti XY, a.s. Práce je koncipována do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. První část tedy pojednává o teoretických východiscích, použitelných pro projekt řízení nákladů IT služeb v širší souvislosti se systémy řízení a strategickými postupy. Dále pak vykládá stěžejní pojmy řízení nákladů v základních souvislostech a následně přibližuje metody pro řízení nákladů IT služeb. V praktické části je popsána současná situace společnosti XY, a.s. pomocí strategické ana-lýzy. Následuje analýza současného stavu řízení nákladů IT služeb, ze které vychází pro-jekt pro zlepšení řízení nákladů IT služeb. V závěru je projekt vyhodnocen z hlediska jeho nákladů, rizik a přínosů pro podnik. |

The thesis deals with the cost management of IT services at XY, Inc. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The first part discusses the theoretical background appli-cable for the cost management of IT services in the broader context of management sys-tems and strategic procedures. Furthermore, it interprets the key concepts of cost ma-nagement in elementary context and explains methods for the cost management of IT ser-vices. In the practical part, the thesis describes the current situation of XY, Inc. with strategic analysis. Analysis of the current state of IT cost management, the basis for its impro-vement, follows. At the end of the thesis, the project is evaluated in terms of its costs, risks and benefits for the company. |
