Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu motivace pracovníků společnosti ZEVETA MACHINERY, a.s., která se zabývá výrobou kovových dílů, sestav lisováním, obráběním a svařováním. Dále provádí povrchové úpravy pro automobilový průmysl. Firma se vyznačuje zejména vlastní výrobou nástrojů, včetně konstrukce, vzorkování, servisu a údržby nástrojů. V bakalářské práci se zabývám především analýzou motivačních faktorů, se zaměřením na zkoumání čtyř oblastí spokojenosti zaměstnanců - spokojenost s prací, spokojenost s odměňováním, spokojenost s týmovou spoluprací a spokojenost s pracovními podmínkami. Zkoumání zmíněných oblastí uskutečňuji pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Na základě této analýzy v závěru navrhnu možná doporučení k zefektivnění motivace zaměstnanců. |

This Bachelor's thesis is focused on the analysis of the motivation of the employees of the company MACHINERY ZEVETA that is engaged in the manufacture of metal parts, assembling, and working through pressing, machining and welding. Further surface treatment is carried out for the automotive industry. The company has its own production of instruments in particular, including construction, sampling, servicing and maintenance of instruments. The Bachelor's thesis is focused on analysis of motivational factors in particular, focusing on the study of the four areas of employee satisfaction ? satisfaction with work, satisfaction with the remuneration of work, satisfaction with team cooperation and satisfaction with working conditions. Examination of these areas is done by using the of the questionnaires. On the basis of this analysis, in the conclusion I suggest possible recommendations to streamline the motivation of the employees. |
