dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza skladového hospodářství. Teoretická část je za-měřena na charakteristiky zásob, řízení zásob a skladování. Cílem praktické části je zana-lyzovat daný sklad. Popsat nejdříve jednotlivé oddělení, jak fungují a co mají za úkol. Dále pak zanalyzovat, jaké technologie ve skladu používají a kdo je užívá, potom jaké skladovací systémy využívají, dále zanalyzuje palety s ?NON FOODEM? a jako poslední zanalyzuje silné a slabé stránky skladu. Na závěr, na základě slabých stránek, bude navrhnuto a doporučeno skladu, co by měl zlepšit, aby sklad ušetřil čas a náklady.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this thesis is "An analysis Warehousing?.The theoretical part is concentrated on characteristics: stocks, stock control and warehousing. The goal of the practical part of the thesis is an analysis of the given warehouse, description of its departments and their functions. Another point is an analysis of technologies - which are used, who uses them and which systems of warehousing are used, it analyses pallets "NON FOOD" and the last point is an analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the warehouse. In the end, based on the analysis of the weaknesses, some improvements are suggested and recommended to save time and costs.	en
