Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hospodaření příspěvkové organizace Zoologické zahrady Olomouc v letech 2010-2012. První část práce je věnována teorii, kde je vymezen právní rámec příspěvkových organizací zřízených územně samosprávními celky a definování významnosti zřizovací listiny. Další kapitoly se zabývají vytvářením rozpočtu, jakým způsobem příspěvková organizace hospodaří a z jakých fondů je příspěvková organizace tvořena. V praktické části je zpracována analýza hospodaření příspěvkové organizace, včetně analýza nákladových a výnosových položek v hlavní a hospodářské činnosti, a analýza hospodaření s peněžními fondy v jednotlivých posuzovaných letech. Výsledkem bakalářské práce jsou doporučené návrhy a řešení ke zlepšení ekonomické situace příspěvkové organizace ZOO Olomouc. |

This bachelor work focuses on the analysis of the ZOO Olomouc management in the years 2010-2012. First part of the work deals with a theoretical definition of contributory organization and the foundation deed. Further chapters focus on budget creation, contributory organization management, funds composition of such organizations, In the practical part of the work, the author processes the analysis of the contributory organization management, including the analysis of the expenses and revenues in the main economic activity, and the analysis of the cash fund management in the reference years. The results of the bachelor work conclude in recommended suggestions and possible solutions aiming to improve the economical situation of the Zoological garden in Olomouc, contributory organization. |
