Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku finanční analýzy. Hlavním cílem je posoudit finanční situaci podniku CEBES a.s. a jeho vývoj v letech 2009?2011, dále pak navrhnout určitá opatření ke zlepšení stávající situace. Celá práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. První část se zabývá podstatou finanční analýzy, komu a čemu slouží, jaké druhy finanční analýzy existují, dále pak jednotlivými ukazateli a v neposlední řadě také, jak se analýza provádí. Ve druhé části bakalářské práce je krátce představena společnost CEBES a.s., a poté následně provedena samotná finanční analýza pomocí ukazatelů, ve které bude zhodnoceno hospodaření firmy. V závěru jsou uvedena vhodná doporučení pro společnost CEBES a.s. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of finance analysis. The main aim is to judge the financial situation of the company CEBES a.s., its development in the years of 2009 to 2011 and then to suggest certain solutions for the improvement of the current situation. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. The first part deals with the essence of the financial analysis, for whom and what it serves, what types of financial analysis exist, then with individual indicators, and, last but not least, how analysis procedures are carried out. In the second part, CEBES a.s. company is introduced briefly, and then the financial analysis itself is performed with the assistance of indicators in order to evaluate the management of the company. In the end, suitable recommendations for the company CEBES a.s. are designed. |
