Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat budoucí ekonomický přínos projektu na zateplení základní školy a mateřské školy ve městě Uničov. Bakalářská práce má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. První část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na zpracování základní problematiky k tématům územní samosprávný celek, obec, její orgány a zdroje financování (např. příjmy z hospodářské činnosti obchodních společností s majetkovou účastí města, dotace ze státního rozpočtu, z fondů EU, úvěry). V praktické části aplikuji teoretické základy do praxe. Zaměřuji se na charakteristiku města Uničova a analyzuji jeho hospodaření. Dále analyzuji projekt města na zateplení dvou škol a hodnotím jeho budoucí ekonomický přínos pro město. Na závěr této bakalářské práce shrnuji proces analýzy projektu zateplení škol z hlediska budoucího ekonomického přínosu pro město. |

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze future economic benefits of the project for thermal insulation of an elementary school and kindergarten in Uničov. The bachelor thesis has two parts, theoretical and practical. Its first part focuses on processing basic literary sources to the topics of regional self-governing unit, municipality, municipal authorities and sources of its funding, such as incomes from economic activities of municipal organizations, subsidies from the state budget, grants from state funds, and loans and grants from the European Union. The practical part is devoted to the application of the theoretical basis into practice. There is given basic information about the city of Uničov and the analysis of the municipal management. I also analyze future economic benefits of the project for thermal insulation of two schools in the city of Uničov. At the conclusion of this bachelor thesis I summarize the process of the analysis of the project for thermal insulation of the two schools in the city of Uničov. |
