Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh projektu podpory investičního rozhodování ve společnosti Slovácké strojírny, a.s. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku investičního rozhodování, definici a členění investic, investiční strategie a plánování, investiční proces, investiční controlling, zdroje financování investic a hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Praktická část se zabývá situační analýzou společnosti Slovácké strojírny, a.s. a ekonomickým a technickým porovnáním vybraných technologií. Na základě toho jsou navrženy prvky ke zlepšení stavu investičního rozhodování. |
