Předmětem diplomové práce je ?Návrh projektu výběrového řízení ve firmě Extraplast s.r.o.?. První, teoretická část práce shrnuje dostupné informace, týkající se současného stavu a vývoje zkoumané problematiky. Zabývá se významem hodnocení a výběru vhodných dodavatelů surovin, materiálů a služeb v malých a středních podnicích, související literaturou, legislativou a normami s cílem vyvodit vhodné závěry pro zpracování analýzy a k formulaci zásad pro praktickou část. Praktická část řeší analýzu procesu výběru dodavatelů materiálů a služeb v konkrétní firmě Extraplast s.r.o. Napajedla. Navrhuje rámcový postup hodnocení a výběru dodavatelů, hodnotící kritéria, zařazení dodavatelů do kategorií a práci s jednotlivými kategoriemi dodavatelů. Navržený systém hodnocení dodavatelů je v závěru podroben nákladové a rizikové analýze. |

The Master thesis deals with "Competetitive Tendering Project Proposal in Extraplast Company". An introductory theoretical part compiles available information relating to the development and state-of-the-art of the topic, incl. evaluation and selection of suitable raw material, material and service suppliers in small and medium enterprises (SMEs), related literature, legislation and standards. Its purpose is to define appropriate outputs for an ana-lysis and basic principles for an implementation part. The implementation part analyzes the material and service supplier selection process in the particular company Extraplast (based in Napajedla, CZ). It suggests a framework process of supplier evaluation and selection, evaluation criteria, suplier categorization and working with the particular supplier categories. Cost and risk analyses are then applied to the suggested supplier evaluation system. |
