V práci byla provedena literární rešerše k tématu ergonomických standardů a zpracována teoretická východiska pro návrh pracovního místa dle ergonomických standardů potřebná pro praktickou část práce. Dále byla provedena analýza současných podmínek pracovních míst ve firmě CAS ČR s.r.o., Frenštát pod Radhoštěm s ohledem na ergonomické standardy, konkrétně na vybrané lince HP22 a to jak z hlediska vlastního zhodnocení, tak i z dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci a taktéž díky odbornému posouzení státního zdravotního ústavu ČR. V další části byl zpracován návrh vybraného pracovního místa a pracovních podmínek s ohledem na příslušné ergonomické normy. Na závěr byla zhodnocena technická a ekonomická náročnost navrhovaného řešení a rizika spojená s realizací navrhovaného projektu. |

The work was carried out literature research on ergonomic standards and developed theo-retical basis for the project of working place according to ergonomic standards as required for practical work. Furthermore, an analysis of current conditions of employment in the company CAS ČR s.r.o. with regard to ergonomic standards, namely chosen line HP22 in terms of its own evaluation, as well as from a questionnaire survey among employees and also thanks to the professional assessment of the state Health Department of the CR. In the next section is placed a proposal of the selected working place and working condi-tions with regard to the relevant ergonomic standards. At the end are evaluated technical and economic aspects of the proposed solution and the risks associated with the implementation of the proposed project. |
