Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracování návrhu optimalizace malého a středního podnikání ve Zlínském kraji. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a části praktické. Teoretická část charakterizuje základní teoretické poznatky k problematice malého a středního podnikání (dále též ?MSP?), charakteristiky, výhody, nevýhody, programy pro jeho podporu, vzájemné formy spolupráce, institucionální rámec podpory MSP, legislativu a analytické metody, které jsou v diplomové práci použity. Praktická část se skládá z charakteristiky Zlínského kraje, rozboru struktury ekonomických subjektů, indikátorů ekonomické výkonnosti, SWOT analýzy a podpory podnikatelskému prostředí v oblasti lázeňství. Stěžejní výstup analyzovaných dat tvoří návrh opatření na podporu rozvoje a navržené projekty. |

The aim of this thesis is to elaborate a proposal of optimization of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the Zlin region. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic findings about small and medium sized enterprises, i. e. their charakteristics, advantages and disadvantages, promotion programmes, forms of cooperation, institutional structure for its promotion, legislative framework and analytical methods which are used in the thesis. The practical part consists of charakteristics of the Zlín region, analysis of the enterprise structure, indicators of the economical efficiency, the SWOT analysis and forms of enerprise promotion focused on the spa area. The main output of the analysed data is a proposal of the development and of the development projects. |
