Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření návrhu implementace metody Balanced Scorecard v podmínkách Českých drah, a.s. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše týkající se problematiky měření a řízení výkonnosti. Pozornost je věnována především metodě Balanced Scorecard a způsobu její implementace. V praktické části je představena společnost České dráhy, a.s. a je provedena analýza jejího vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí. Na základě provedené analýzy a zjištěných teoretických poznatků je vypracován konkrétní návrh metody BSC pro daný podnik. Závěrem diplomové práce jsou vyhodnoceny přínosy a rizika související s realizací projektu. |

The aim of this master thesis is to create a proposal of Balanced Scorecard implementation for the company České dráhy, a.s. In the theoretical part is accomplished the literature sources summary, which is concentrated on measuring and managing company?s performance. The special attention is given to Balanced Scorecard method and options of its implementation. The practical part introduces the company České dráhy, a.s. and evaluates its external and internal environment. Based on the strategic analysis and theoretical facts is set up the specific proposal of Balanced Scorecard method for this company. The conclusion of this thesis evaluates the benefits and risks, which relate to the realization of the project. |
