dc.description.abstract Táto bakalárska práca sa zameriava na analýzu zamestnancov ako stakeholderov spoločnosti Rademaker Slovakia s.r.o. Práca má dve základné časti, teoretickú a praktickú. Teoretická časť je literárnou rešeršou zameranou na problematiku zamestnancov ako stakeholderov podniku. Praktická časť nadväzuje na poznatky zhromaždené v časti teoretickej, obsahuje analýzu stávajúcich zamestnancov a dotazníkové šetrenie zamerané na riadenie vzťahov spoločnosti so zamestnancami a ich nároky. V závere práce je vypracované zhrnutie a odporúčania, ktoré by mohli viesť k zlepšeniu zamestnaneckej politiky spoločnosti. cs

dc.description.abstract-translated This bachelor?s thesis focuses on the analysis of employees as the stakeholders of Rade-maker Slovakia, s.r.o. There are two main parts, the theoretical and the practical one. The first part contains the research of scientific literature, focused on the topic of employees as the stakeholders in a company in general. The practical part is based on the theoretical findings. The practical part analyzes the cur-rent employees in the company, further, a survey focused on the management of company-employee relations and employee demands is conducted. The thesis is concluded with a summary, as well as recommendations given to the company, which could lead to a better employee policy in the analyzed company. en
