dc.description.abstract	Tématem a cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza možností zefektivnění systému řízení výroby společnosti Dl Plast, s.r.o. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou doporučeny možná opatření pro zlepšení současného systému řízení výroby. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Předmětem teoretické části je literární rešerše se zaměřením na řízení výroby a možnosti jeho zlepšení pomocí vybraných metod. Praktická část práce v úvodu charakterizuje společnost Dl Plast, s.r.o. Pomocí SWOT analýzy, přehledu tržeb, portfoliové analýzy BCG a analýzy systému řízení výroby je charakterizován současný stav společnosti. Zhodnocení výsledků analýz a návrhy na zlepšení současné situace jsou uvedeny v závěru praktické části.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic and objective of my bachelor thesis is analysis of options to streamline production management systém company Dl Plast Ltd. Based on the results of the analysis are recommended possible measures to improve the present systém of production management. The thesis is devided in to theoretical and practical part. The object of theoretical part is a literature search focused on production management and his improvement options by using selected methods. The practical part of this thesis characterizes the company Dl plast Ltd in introduction. Using SWOT analysis, overview of revenues, BCG analysis and analysis of production management systém is characterized present state of the company. Evaluation of results of analysis and suggestions to improve the current situation are presented in the end of the practical part of this thesis.	en
