dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná práce se zabývá problematikou logistických služeb jako nedílné součásti konkurenceschopnosti v podniku XYZ. Na základě získaných informací a provedených analýz jsou následně navržena opatření, která mají firmě pomoci zvýšit úroveň služeb poskytovaných zákazníkům a tedy získat větší konkurenční výhodu. Návrh těchto opatření je hlavním cílem této práce.	cs
