dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je optimalizace vybraných logistických činností ve výrobním podniku. Analýza současného stavu logistických postupů, toku materiálu a jeho sledování a návrhy na optimalizaci jsou hlavním cílem této práce. V teoretické podstatě se práce zaobírá poznatky z podnikové logistiky, řízení skladových zásob a výroby, automatickou identifikací materiálového toku s využitím podnikových informačních systémů. V analytické části jsou popsány současné pracovní postupy a návrhy na optimalizaci pomocí automatické identifikace.	cs

The analysis of the current state of logistics processes,the flow of material and its monitoring and suggestions for optimization are the main target of this thesis.
