Tato diplomová práce se zabývá technologií zvanou Crush-Core. Tato technologie byla vyvinuta z důvodu, že jedním z největších problémů při výrobě sendvičových panelů je přilnutí vnějších vrstev k jádru. Tato technologie řeší tento problém, protože dochází ke stlačení voštinové struktury a tím i zvětšení styčné plochy mezi jádrem a vnější vrstvou. Popsanou technologii lze použít téměř výhradně v kombinaci s voštinovými jádry. V teoretické části jsou popsány výrobní technologie sendvičových struktur, používané materiály a možnosti zkoušení sendvičových struktur. Dále je v této části také popsána samotná technologie Crush-Core včetně popisu výrobních forem pro tuto technologii. V praktické části je popsána výroba zkušebních vzorků, jejich testování, a provedena diskuze naměřených výsledků. |

This Master thesis deals with technology called Crush-Core. This technology was developer on the ground of the biggest problem of sandwich panels manufacturing is the adhesion of facing layers to the core. Described technology reduces this problem because the honeycomb core is compressed by a small value during the processing, creating a larger bonding area. Crush-Core technology can be used almost exclusively in combination with honeycomb cores. Theoretical part deals with the description of manufacturing techniques of sandwich structures, generally used materials and options of sandwich structures testing. Furthermore, description of Crush-Core technology and moulds used in this technology is also included in the theoretical part. Practical part deals with manufacturing of test specimen, their mechanical testing and evaluation of the results.
