Práce je zaměřena na hodnocení kosmetických účinků hedvábné bílkoviny sericinu. Byly zkoumány vlastnosti krémů s různou koncentrací látky sericinu bioinženýrskými neinvazivními metodami in vivo na pokožku. Bylo zjištěno, že sericin předurčuje používání kosmetických prostředků ke zlepšení bariérové funkce kůže. |

The work is focused on evaluating the cosmetic effects of silk protein sericin. Were examined moisturizing properties creams with different concentrations of a substance sericin bio-engineering noninvasive methods in vivo. It was found that sericin determines use of cosmetic products for improving skin barrier function. |
