Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním finanční analýzy společnosti PSG International a.s. Za hlavní cíl práce považuji zhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti v letech 2009?2011 a navržení doporučení pro zlepšení hospodaření společnosti do budoucna. Druhořadým cílem je srovnání firmy s jejím odvětvím. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem finanční analýzy, její druhy, uživatelé a metody zpracování na základě prostudované literatury. V praktické části je stručně charakterizována společnost PSG International a.s. Největší díl je však věnován samotnému vypracování finanční analýzy, zhodnocení získaných výsledků a srovnání s odvětvím. Závěrem jsou předloženy návrhy na zlepšení efektivního fungování organizace v dalších letech. |

This bachelor thesis deals with a financial analysis of the company PSG-International a.s. The main objective of this Thesis is to assess the financial health of the company within the years 2009?2011 and to recommend economic improvements the company could benefit from in the future. A secondary target is to benchmark the company within its industry. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the financial analysis and its kinds, users and processing methods. The practical part then briefly characterizes the company PSG-International a.s. The thesis, however, primarily focuses on the elaboration of the financial analysis itself, as well as on the assessment of the gained results and benchmarking within the industry. Last but not least, the work also lays down proposals for streamlining the company's operations in the following years. |
