Táto bakalárska práca pojednáva o súčasnom probléme nezamestnanosti absolventov stredných škôl. Jej cieľom je analyzovať záujem študentov stredných škôl o typové profesie v Olomouckom kraji. Teoretická časť je zameraná na základné pojmy, ako sú nezamestnanosť, trh práce, miera nezamestnanosti. Praktická časť sa venuje analýze záujmu študentov o typové profesie a následne sa venuje návrhom na zlepšenie záujmu študentov o trhom žiadané profesie. |

This bachelor thesis discusses the actual problem of unemployment of secondary school graduates. Its target is to analyze the interest of secondary school students in typical professions in the Olomouc Region. Theoretical part is aimed at basic terms as unemployment, labour market, unemployment rate. Practical part dedicates the attention to analysis of interest of students in typical proffestions and in consequence talks about suggestions on improvement of students' interest in professions demanded by market. |
