Hlavním záměrem této bakalářské práce je provést analýzu motivace zaměstnanců firmy AXIOM SW s.r.o. a zaměřit se na návrh pro zlepšení motivace zaměstnanců. V první části mé bakalářské práce se zabývám teoretickými poznatky analýzy motivace, které souvisejí s tématem této práce, což je Analýza motivace zaměstnanců firmy AXIOM SW s.r.o. a návrh na jejich zlepšení. V druhé části, praktické se nejprve zaměřuji na představení firmy a poté na úroveň motivace zaměstnanců firmy Axiom SW a na její analýzu. Po provedené analýze se snažím nastínit návrhy na zlepšení motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnance. |

The main target of this bachelor thesis is to carry out an analysis of the employees' motivation in AXIOM SW ltd. and to focus on its imrovement. In the first part of my bachelor thesis I deal with some theoretical knowledge, related to the theme of my bachelor thesis and thereby Analysis of employees' motivation and its improvement in AXIOM SW ltd. In the second part, practical i am firstly aim at introducing the company and then the level of employees' motivation in Axiom SW and their analysis. After carrying out the analysis i try to outloně some suggestion for improving the employees'motivation and satisfaction. |
