Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou riadenia zásob vo firme XY s.r.o. Cieľom tejto práce bolo zhodnotiť a analyzovať riadenie zásob vo firme a navrhnúť možné riešenia na odstránenie slabín v tejto oblasti. Teoretická časť je venovaná problematike logistiky, zásob, ich rozdelenia a oceňovania, optimalizácii, ukazovateľom efektívnosti a metódam riadenia zásob. Analytická časť sa zaoberá predstavením a popisom konkrétnej spoločnosti, jej situáciou na trhu a aktuálnym riadením zásob. Ďalej sa venujem analýze zásob podniku podľa súvahy, ukazovateľom efektívnosti ich riadenia a ABC analýzou, na základe ktorých uvádzam niekoľko návrhov na zlepšenie aktuálnej situácie. |

This thesis deals with the problematic nature of the inventory management of XY Ltd. The objective of my thesis was to evaluate and analyse the inventory management of this company and to make a proposal of possible solutions to eliminate the weaknesses in this area. The theoretical part concentrates on logistics, inventory, structure and evaluation of inventory, their optimization, efficiency indicators and methods of inventory controlling. The analytical part deals with introduction and description of the company, its market situation and actual inventory management. Furthermore, I have been analyzing the stocks of the company according to the balance sheet, the efficiency indicators of their management and ABC analysis, on the basis of which I made some proposals to improve the current situation |
