dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou soutěžního práva Evropské unie, zejména for-mami porušení hospodářské soutěže ? zakázané dohody a zneužití dominantního postavení. V teoretické části byly vymezeny základní pojmy hospodářské soutěže a následně popsány jednotlivé druhy zakázaných dohod a zneužití dominantního postavení. Praktická část se zabývá jednotlivými případy porušení hospodářské soutěže z praxe řešené Úřadem pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže. Rovněž jsou popsána ekonomická negativa za-kázaných dohod a zneužití dominantního postavení a nakonec navrhnuta opatření směřující k minimalizaci nákladů spojených s existencí dominantního resp. monopolního postavení na trhu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the competition law of the European Union, in particular forms of violation of competition - prohibited agreements and abuse of dominant position. The first part of the thesis defines the basic terms of the competition and then describes the different types of prohibited agreements and abusements of dominant position. The practical part deals with individual cases of violation of competition practice designed by the Office for Protection of Competition. It also describes the economic disadvantages of prohibited agreements and abusement of dominant position and finally sugests particular measures to minimize the costs associated with the existence of a dominant respectively monopoly position in the market.	en
