Práce zachycuje současný stav řízení ve společnosti MESIT holding a.s. a navrhuje cesty k úspoře režijních nákladů. V první části práce je popsán teoretický základ, který slouží k pochopení problematiky. V druhé části provádím analýzu organizační struktury společnosti a jejích dceřiných společností. Jako návrh řešení zde uvádím vytvoření centra sdílených služeb. |
