dc.description.abstract	Tato práce si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s problematikou zrakových postižení u žáků středních škol a jejich následné integrace do edukačního procesu informačních-komunikačních technologií za pomoci využití softwarových pomůcek k osobním PC. V teoretické části jsou probrány nejčastěji se vyskytující zrakové vady a dále jednotlivé programy usnadňující zrakově handicapovaným žákům ovládání osobního PC. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na tvorbu CD/DVD obsahující operační systém, založený na distribuci Ubuntu, která je optimalizována pro použití zrakově handicapovanými žáky. Výstupem práce je potom CD/DVD s operačním systémem, které může být použito jako výuková pomůcka učiteli informatiky na středních školách, kteří pracují se zrakově handicapovanými žáky.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This work aids to apprise the reader with the issue of visual impairment secondary school students and their followed integration into the educational process of information-communication technologies through (thanks to) the use of software tools for personal PC. In the theoretical part are discussed the most common visual defects and various programs to facilitate the personal control PC for visually handicapped students . The practical part is focused on creating CD / DVD containing an operating system based on distribution Ubuntu, which is optimized for use by the visually handicapped students. The output of this work is CD / DVD with the operating system, which can be used as a teaching tool for science (informatics) teachers in secondary schools who work with the visually handicapped students.	en
