Diplomová práca sa zaoberá riadením kvality kontroly zvárania karosérie.Cieľom práce bolo posúdiť úroveň kvality kontroly zvárania a úroveň organizačnej štruktúry oddelenia Kvality vzhľadom na potrebu zabezpečenia dostatočnej kontroly ohľadom napožiadavku zákazníka a náklady na výrobu jedného automobilu. Úlohou bolo zabezpečiť kontrolu tak aby nebol ohrozený zákazník a zároveň aby sa nevykonávala nadkvalita. V praktickej časti sa budeme venovať analyzovaniu súčasného stavu a následne optimalizovať proces kontroly a riadenie nezhôd. |

The thesis deals with the management of quality control of welding of bodywork. The ob-jective of the work was to assess the level of quality control of welding and level of the organizational structure of the Quality department, considering the need to ensure suffi-cient control due to requirement of customer and thecost of production of one car.The task was to ensure the control without compromising the customer and also for the absence of excessivequality.In the practical part we will focus to analyzing the current situation and then we willoptimize the process of control and management of disagreements. |
