dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Analýza nákladů a jejich řízení ve firmě Forschner spol. s r.o. je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů společnosti. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny nejdůležitější poznatky z oblasti nákladů, které slouží jako základ pro zpracování praktické části. V praktické části práce je nejdříve představena firma Forschner spol. s r.o. a následně je provedena analýza nákladů a jejich řízení. Na základě provedených analýz jsou v závěru práce navržena doporučení na zlepšení řízení nákladů ve firmě.	cs
