dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na analýzu finanční situace společnosti TOKO AGRI a.s. v letech 2009-2011. Prostřednictvím finančních ukazatelů je detailně zkoumán vývoj finanční situace ve společnosti. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí ? teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je charakterizovaná finanční analýza společně s jejími postupy a popisem jednotlivých ukazatelů. Následně, v praktické části je představena společnost a provedena finanční analýza společnosti za použití postupů a ukazatelů popsaných v teoretické části. V závěru této práce je zhodnocení hospodaření společnosti, finančního vývoje v letech 2009-2011 a návrh možných řešení a opatření pro zlepšení finanční situace společnosti.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is aimed at analysis the financial situation of the company TOKO AGRI a.s. in 2009-2011. Through financial indicators is examined in detail the financial situation of the company. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of financial analysis with procedures and descriptions of individual indicators. Subsequently, the practical part contains the characteristics of the company itself and the financial analysis performed on the basis of procedures and parametres which were described in the theoretical part. The conclusion of this thesis is to evaluate the performance of the company, financial development in 2009-2011 and this part includes also suggestion of possible solutions and measures to improve the financial situation of the company.	en
