dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce Analýza motivace zaměstnanců ve veřejném sektoru je zjištění motivace u pracovníků veřejného sektoru. V bakalářské práci jsou vymezeny základní pojmy motivace, poznatky o motivaci, teorie motivace, vztah osobnosti a motivace, pojmy pracovní motivace. Dále je bakalářská práce zaměřena na analýzu motivace pracovníků v organizaci veřejné správy, konkrétně na Okresním soudě v Přerově. Zjištění motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců je uskutečněné dotazníkovým šetřením, které ověřuje stanovené předpoklady. Na závěr je navrženo zlepšení motivačního sytému organizace, které by mělo přispět ke zlepšení pracovní motivace zaměstnanců.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor thesis ?Analysis of employee motivation in the public sector? is finding motivation of workers in the public sector. In the thesis are defined the basic concepts of motivation, findings about motivation, theory of motivation, the relation between personality and motivation and the concepts of work motivation. Furthermore, the thesis is focused on the analysis of the motivation of employees in public administration, specifically at the District Court in Přerov. Finding motivation and satisfaction of employees is carried out by questionnaire survey, which verifies set assumptions. Finally, it is proposed improvement of motivational system of organizations which should contribute to the improvement of working motivation of employees.	en
