dc.description.abstract	Před pár lety se mi do rukou dostala kniha s povídkou Johna Varleye - Kam oči nedohlédnou. Autor zde popisuje život a chod komunity lidí handicapovaných hluchoslepotou. Moji zvědavost, jak ve skutečnosti funguje svět ve tmě a tichu, nemohlo ukojit pár vět vepsaných do listů knihy. Měla jsem potřebu naučit se víc, proto je ústředním námětem mého zkoumání právě slepota. Mým cílem tedy je přiblížit vám svět ve tmě - prostředí nevidomých. Pomocí své kolekce vás chci upozornit na kouzlo a hodnotu doteku. Využívám oděv jako nositele informace. Snad vás tedy má práce přivede k drobnému zamyšlení nad tímto tématem a bude pro vás stejně podnětná jako byla pro mne povídka Johna Varleye.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	A couple of years ago I read a story from John Varley - The Persistence of Vision. The author describes the world and the surrounding of a deafblind community. Such a short story could not satisfy my curiosity about the world of silence and darkness. I felt the need to learn more, and that is the reason the main topic of my investigation was blindness. My aim is to interpret the world of darkness - the world of blind people. By the means of my collection, I want to stress on the importance of touch. I use the clothing as an expression of information. I hope my work evokes a little thought over this topic and will be as inspiring to you as the story from John Varley was to me.	en
