dc.description.abstract	Bezpečnostní hrozby 21. století nabývají nových směrů. Na rozdíl od minulosti, která byla dobou válek, v dnešní době převládá hrozba terorismu, organizovaného zločinu a nelegálního obchodu. Bakalářská práce se věnuje strategiím, které ve snaze předcházet těmto hrozbám, sestavují země Evropské unie. Zkoumáno a popsáno je nejen ovládání rizik, ale i prevence, potřebná legislativa a problematika terorismu.	cs

The past was a time of war, but the threats of terrorism, organized crime and illegal trade are prevalent nowadays. Bachelor's thesis deals with the strategies which are compiled by the European Union countries in order to prevent these threats.
