dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zlepšení motivačního systému firmy HP TRONIC - pro-dejny elektro a.s. Nejprve jsem charakterizovala současné zaměstnanecké výhody a systém odměňování zaměstnanců společnosti. Sestavila jsem dotazník na jehož základě se poku-sím najít přednosti a nedostatky v motivaci zaměstnanců. Na základě vyhodnoceného do-tazníku vytvořím projekt zlepšení motivace ve společnosti HP TRONIC - prodejny elektro a.s.	cs

At first I made characteristic of the contemporary employee's ameni-ties and of the employee's remuneration system. I made up a questionnaire on its basis I will attempt to find preferences and deficiencies in the employee's motivation.
