Téma bakalářské práce je ?Možnosti evakuace a ukrytí obyvatelstva v regionu?. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je zaměřena pozornost na platnou legislativu a základní pojmy v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva, které jsou zde popsány. Praktická část je rozdělena na dvě části, v první je vytýčen problém nedostatku ukrytí ve Zlínském kraji a ve druhém srovnání zabezpečení evakuace a materiálu v Uherském Hradišti od povodní v roce 1997 do dnešní doby. |

The bachelor thesis is on the subject of ?Possibilities of Evacuation and Sheltering of Population in Region?. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part focuses on attention of valid legislature and the essential ideas in area of population protection, which are here described. The practical part is divided into 2 parts, in the first part is described the problem lack of shelters in Zlín region and in the second part is the comparison of security evacuation and material in Uherské Hradiště from floods since 1997 to today. |
