Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a implementací správy datového uložiště společnosti HP TRONIC Zlín, spol. s r.o. Jejím cílem je analyzovat aktuální tok dokumentů ve společnosti a navrhnout optimální řešení pro správu a organizaci dokumentů a ostatního obsahu, který se vztahuje k procesům v této společnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na přiblížení pojmu Enterprise Content Managment. Vysvětluje, jaké strategie, metody a nástroje jsou používány během životního cyklu pro správu dokumentu nebo jiného obsahu ve společnosti. Důležitou částí práce je analýza toku dokumentů (jak v papírové, tak v digitální formě) a procesů, kterých se účastní. Na základě této analýzy a stanovení požadavků na systém je zpracován návrh a implementován systém pro správu a organizaci dokumentů a jiného obsahu ve společnosti. Závěrem jsou vyčísleny náklady na implementaci systému, určeny přínosy a vyčíslena návratnost investice.<br> |

The diploma thesis focuses on the analysis and implementation of a data storage management of company HP TRONIC. s.r.o. It is aimed to analyse the current flow of documents and proposal of the optimal solution for managing and organizing documents, and other content, that relate to processes in the company. The theoretical part is concentrated to explain term Enterprise Content Management. It describes the strategies, methods and tools which are used during the life cycle of a document or other content in the company.
