Cílem mé diplomové práce je objasnění postavení člověka v pracovním systému, vysvětlení významu práce s ohledem na psychosociální aspekty, určení legislativní problematiky bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, vymezení práv a povinností zaměstnance v souvislosti s BOZP a zkoumání problematiky duševního zdraví jednotlivce v pracovním systému. Práce dále vymezuje zdroje mentální zátěže, kde se zabývám jednotlivými faktory, které ovlivňují psychické rozpoložení jednotlivce. V další části se zabývám důsledky mentální zátěže, které jsem rozdělil na 3 části: psychické, fyzické a ostatní důsledky. V praktické části jsem se zabýval aplikací získaných poznatků. Zvolil jsem si model firmy (soukromá střední odborná škola), kde zkoumaným modelem byly pedagogičtí pracovníci (učitelé). Sběr dat byl založen na empirické metodě (dotazník). |

The aim of this thesis is to clarify the human role in the work environment. It explains the importance of psychosocial aspects, legislatives issues of occupational health and safety, the definition of rights and duties of employees related to health and safety and the exploration of individual?s mental health in their work environment. This thesis also identifies some sources of mental burden. The individual factors affecting mental health are then considered. The next part deals with effects of mental stress, it is divided into 3 parts: psychological, psychical and others. The practical part is focused on the learning outcomes application. The model of a company (private school) was chosen to be analysed. The data collection was based on empirical methods (questionnaire). |
