dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou krizové komunikace vybrané mimořádné události. Práce řeší posuzování rizik, která mohou narušit průběh komunikace. Protože při mimořádných událostech může být ohroženo zdraví nebo i životy osob a způsobeny škody na majetku, je třeba, aby krizová komunikace byla na co nejvyšší úrovni. Proto se soustředím na analýzu průběhu stávající komunikace a na návrhy vylepšení. Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na všeobecné vysvětlení a popis komunikace a krizové komunikace, která je pak v praktické části posuzována a zanalyzována pomocí SWOT analýzy. Praktická část řeší průběh krizové komunikace při mimořádné události a návrhy na její zlepšení.	cs

It is focused on the assessment of the specific risks that can cause the problems in the communication. It is necessary to communicate professionally because the health and lives of people can be in danger and the property damages can occur. The work includes the analysis of the progress of the communication and the suggestions for its improvement. The bachelor work consists of the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the general explanation and the characterization of the communication and the crisis communication that is assessed and analysed in the practical part via the SWOT analysis.
