dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou podnikové logistiky v oblasti odbytu výrobků ve firmě LINEA NIVNICE, a.s. Na základě teoretických poznatků byla provedena analýza současného stavu v podniku. V praktické části byl vypracován projekt zlepšení logistických činností v oblasti odbytu výrobků ve firmě LINEA NIVNICE, a.s., který je rozdělen na dvě části. První část projektové části se zabývá hodnocením spokojenosti zákazníků. V druhé části je řešeno zavedení systému dosledovatelnosti produkce s využitím čárových kódů v expedičním skladu. Oba návrhy by měly přispět ke zjednodušení vnitřních procesů ve firmě, zvýšit úroveň zákaznického servisu a přispět tak ke zlepšení pozice firmy na trhu. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zlepšit stanovené logistické činnosti v oblasti odbytu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main aim of the diploma work is the company logistics issue in the field of LINEA NIVNICE, a.s. products and their sales. The analysis of present situation within the company has been based on the theoretical findings. The project for improving the logistic activities in the field of product sales in company LINEA NIVNICE, a.s. has been worked out in the practical part of my assignment and it is divided into two parts. The first part of the project concentrates on the evaluation of the customers' satisfaction. The implementation of the system of the production look-up recording using the bar codes in the despatch store has been solved within the second part of the project. Both proposals should contribute to simplification of the company internal processes, to make the customer service of a higher standard and by doing so to contribute to improved company position in the market. The main aim of the diploma work is to improve logistic activities in the field of products and their sales.	en
