Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku řízení zásob ve firmě CIE Unitools Press, a.s. ve Valašském Meziříčí. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit řízení zásob ve firmě a navrhnout možná opatření. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretická část a praktická část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, které se vztahují k tématu bakalářské práce ? nákup, zásoby, funkce zásob, klasifikace zásob, oceňování zásob, řízení zásob, metody řízení zásob, skladování. V praktické části je zahrnuto představení společnosti, další část je věnována analýze řízení zásob. Na závěr jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení řízení zásob ve společnosti. |

This Bachelor thesis is focused on inventory management in the company CIE Unitools Press, a.s. in the Wallachian Meziříčí. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to analyze and evaluate inventory management in the company and propose possible solutions. The Bachelor thesis consists of two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical section explains the basic concepts that relate to the topic of the thesis - purchasing, inventory, inventory functions, classification of inventory, inventory valuation, inventory management, inventory management method and storage. The practical part includes introduction of the company, the next section is devoted to the analysis of inventory management in the company. Finally, the proposals to improve inventory management in the company. |
