dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou měření výkonnosti podniku Mitas a.s. pomocí tradičních a moderních ukazatelů výkonnosti. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši k dané problematice. Praktická část se skládá z analytické a projektové části. V analytické části je vypracována finanční analýza podniku. Projektová část obsahuje hodnocení výkonnosti podniku pomocí ekonomické přidané hodnoty a projekt implementace tohoto měřítka do podniku.	cs
