Diplomová práca je zameraná na návrh projektu riadenia nákladov v spoločnosti Václav & Ježo, a.s. Prvá časť je venovaná teoretickým poznatkom o nákladoch a kalkuláciách. Popisuje jednotlivé klasické metódy kalkulácii ale aj modernú metódu ABC. Praktická časť vychádza z teoretických poznatkov a analyzuje nielen reálne náklady spoločnosti z viacerých hľadísk ale taktiež sa venuje analýze stávajúceho kalkulačného systému v spoločnosti. Zhodnotenie aktuálneho stavu a zistenie nedostatkov je podkladom k projektovej časti práce. V nej je na základe teoretických poznatkov spracovaný projekt riadenia nákladov pomocou novej kalkulačnej metódy. V záverečnej časti sú zhodnotené prínosy ale i rizika spojené so zavedením nového kalkulačného systému. |

The diploma work is focused on a project of costs controlling in a company called Václav & Ježo inc. The first part describes theoretical facts about costs and calculations. It de-scribes particular classic methods of calculation but also a modern method named ABC. The practical part of the work results from the theoretical facts and analyzes real costs of the company from the different points of view and also analyzes an actual system of calcu-lation in the company. The base of the project part of the work is an evaluation of the actu-al situation of the company and identification of its faults. In this part the project of costs regulation is processed with new calculation method on the basis of theoretical facts. The end of the work reviews some gains but also risks caused by implementation of a new cal-culation system. |
