Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast dlouhodobého plánování. V teoretické části je uvedena podstata finančního plánování, interní a externí analýzy a metody tvorby dlouhodobého finančního plánu. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost, poté odvětví. Následně je provedena externí a interní analýza. Externí analýza spočívá v provedení analýzy SLEPT a analýzy konkurence. Interní analýzu zastupují SWOT analýza a finanční analýza podniku. Dlouhodobý finanční plán je sestaven na období 2013 ? 2017, tedy na 5 let. Je vyhotoven ve dvou variantách ? základní a pesimistické. Na závěr je uvedeno porovnání variant. |

This thesis is focused on the long-term planning. In the theoretical part is present the essence of financial planning, internal and external analysis and methods of making long-term financial plan. In the practical part is first introduced the company, then the sector. Subsequently is made the external and internal analysis. External analysis involves SLEPT analysis and competitor analysis. Internal analysis represent SWOT analysis and financial analysis of the company. Long-term financial plan is compiled for the period 2013 - 2017, thus 5 years. It is produced in two versions - basic and pessimistic. At the ending is mentioned a comparison of variants. |
