Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo vysvětlení úlohy účetních výkazů a jejich vypovídací schopnosti při řízení podniku. V teoretické části provedu literární průzkum dané problematiky a vysvětlím vypovídací schopnost jednotlivých účetních výkazů a funkci finanční analýzy podniku. Popíšu její princip, smysl a jednotlivé druhy finanční analýzy včetně jednotlivých ukazatelů. Součástí bude i několik modelů komplexního hodnocení finančního zdraví podniku. V praktické části provedu finanční analýzu současného stavu podniku XYZ a.s. za období let 2003 - 2006. Teoretické poznatky budu aplikovat prostřednictvím analýzy absolutních, rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů, pyramidovým rozkladem ukazatelů a modely hodnotící celkové finanční zdraví podniku. Porovnám základní údaje s průměry v odvětví. V závěru práce navrhnu soubor doporučení, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení celkové hospodářské situace podniku. |

The goal of my bachelor thesis was to explain the role of the financial statements and their predictive abilities for company management. In the theoretical part, I will perform the literature survey of the topic, and explain the predictive ability of the individual financial statements and function of the financial analysis of a company. I will describe its principle, purpose and the individual types of financial analysis including the individual indicators. Several models of the complete evaluation of the financial health of a company will be part of the thesis. In the practical part, I will execute the financial analysis of the existing conditions of the XYZ a.s. for the time period from 2003 to 2006. I will apply the theoretical knowledge using the analysis of absolute, differential and ratio indicators, pyramid analysis of the indicators and models evaluating the global financial health of the company. I will compare the basic data to the averages of the industry. In the conclusion, I will suggest recommendations which could lead to improvement of the global economical conditions of the company. |
