Diplomová práce na téma Identifikace nástrojů na podporu regenerace Baťova areálu do roku 2020 je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se ve svém úvodu věnuje obecnému výkladu pojmu brownfields v širších souvislostech, typologii, důvodům jejich vzniku obecně i v podmínkách České republiky. Práce dále uvádí dotčenou legislativu, instituce v přímé souvislosti s problematikou brownfields a poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje obecným nástrojům použitelným pro regenerace brownfields. V první kapitole prak-tické části se soustředíme na situaci brownfields ve Zlínském kraji, městě Zlíně a nakonec v areálu bývalých Baťových závodů. Po analýze současného stavu jsou identifikovány nástroje na podporu regenerace Baťova areálu a na závěr jsou předloženy návrhy projektů, které účinně podpoří další rozvoj areálu. |

Thesis Instruments for the support of the Bata Zone in Zlin recovery by the year 2020 is divided in two parts. The beginning of the theoretical part aims on the idea and meaning of the word brownfields in the broader context. Then it is concentrated on the typology, rea-sons of their occurrence widely and then in conditions of Czech Republic. Thesis focus also on legislative framework, institutions related to the brownfields issues. The last chap-ter on the theoretical part submits general instruments useful for the revitalization process of brownfields. The practical part is focused on brownfields situation in Zlín region, the city of Zlín and finally on the Bata zone brownfield. After the analysis of the present situation, there are identified instruments for the Bata zone development. In the end, there are offered projects, which will support further growth of the area. |
