dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vliv změny koeficientů daně z nemovitosti na rozpočet obce. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány teoretické poznatky o rozpočtu obce, daňových příjmech obce a struktuře daně z nemovitostí. V praktické části jsou popsány změny v zákoně o dani z nemovitostí. Dále je na modelových příkladech ukázán vliv změn koeficientů daně z nemovitosti na vybrané obce.	cs

In the theoretical part presents theoretical knowledge of the municipal budget, tax revenues of the village and structure of property taxes. The practical part describes the changes in the law the Real Property Tax.
