Tématem mé bakalářské práce je pojednání o problematice nekonečného a neustále se zrychlujícího vývoje současné společnosti, který je také zdrojem existence silného konkurenčního tlaku v podnikatelské sféře. V teoretické části práce jsem popsala princip managementu kvality jako nástroje neustálého zlepšování obsahující proces interních auditů. V úvodu praktické části práce jsem stanovila teoretická východiska k provedení manažerského auditu ve společnosti STAVBA, s.r.o., která hodlá proniknout na zahraniční trh. Součástí manažerského auditu ve společnosti je odhalení nedostatků v oblasti top managementu při následném stanovení nápravných a preventivních opatření a doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu. |

My Bachelor's Thesis focuses at the problems of infinitely and all the time accelerating development of current community which is also the source of strong competitive pressure in commercial sphere. In the theoretic part of thesis I described principles of quality management as the tool of all the time escalation of quality containing the process of internal audit. In the introduction of the practical part of thesis I determined theoretic data to execute the managerial audit in the company STAVBA, s.r.o. which intends to penetrate in foreign market. Managerial audit comprises detection of insufficiencies in the company in competence of top management at resulting corrective and preventive action and recommendation to improve contemporary state. |
