Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout zlepšení využití informačního systému za účelem controllingu. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část definuje poznatky z odborné literatury k vysvětlení pojmů jako controlling a informační systém podniku. Praktická část charakterizuje společnost XY, s.r.o a analyzuje využívání informačního systému pro provádění controllingu. Na základě analýzy je zpracována projektová část, která zahrnuje doporučení pro lepší využití informačního systému za účelem controllingu v podobě postupů. Závěr obsahuje ekonomické náročnosti, přínosy navrženého projektu. |
