dc.description.abstract	Obsahem bakalářské práce je popis systémů štíhlé výroby a jejich aplikace ve výrobním podniku Anvis AVT, s.r.o. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů štíhlá výroba a metodu 5S. Celá práce se opírá o teoretický základ zaměřený na vysvětlení a popis druhů plýtvání ve výrobních procesech a s nimi související pojmy. Tyto poznatky jsou použity jako východiska pro analytickou část. V závěru práce jsou firmě navržena doporučení v rámci snížení nebo eliminace jednotlivých druhů plýtvání.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with desciption of lean management systems and thein application in Anvis AVT, s.r.o. Theoretical part focuses on defining lean production an 5S methodology. The thesis is grounded on a theoretical basis which focuses on an explanation and description of the types of waste in production processes and on concepts related to it. The analytical part is dividend into several parts. In the end of the thesis, several recommendations are proposed to the company in order to reduce or eliminate vairous types of waste in the manufacturing proces soft the company.	en
