Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu implementace metody Balanced Scorecard ve společnost XY, s.r.o., která na trhu působí jako subdodavatel pro výrobce strojů a zařízení. Teoretická část je zaměřená na jednotlivé způsoby měření a hodnocení výkonnosti podniku a zabývá se také podstatou a principem fungování metody BSC. V praktické části je představena společnost, jsou zde provedeny analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku, na jejichž základě je pak následně navržen projekt implementace metody BSC v dané společnosti. V poslední části jsou vyhodnoceny přínosy, rizika a doporučení týkající se navrhnutého řešení. |

The aim of this thesis is to create an implementation project of the Balanced Scorecard in the Company XY, Ltd. which is operating as a subcontractor for OEMs. The theoretical part is focused on the individual methods of business performance measurement and evaluation and deals with the nature and principles of the Balanced Scorecard. The practical part begins with an introduction of the company. Then there are processed analyses of internal and external business environment. On the basis of their results there is subsequently proposed implementation project of the BSC in the company. In the last part there is an evaluation of the benefits, risks and recommendations for the proposed solution. |
