Tématem bakalářské práce je účetní uzávěrka a závěrka v rámci českých předpisů. V teoretické části jsou popsány přípravné práce, inventarizace a uzavírání účetních knih, které souvisí s účetní uzávěrkou. Dále jsou popsány základní výkazy účetní závěrky, mezi které zahrnujeme rozvahu, výkaz zisku a ztráty, cash flow a přílohy. V praktické části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky v konkrétní společnosti, kde je popsána účetní uzávěrka a nakonec účetní závěrka. Smyslem práce je sestavit a zveřejnit účetní závěrku, aby byla srovnatelná se závěrkami za předchozí účetní období i s účetními závěrkami jiných účetních jednotek. S využitím účetních výkazů je zhodnocena schopnost účetní závěrky z hlediska finanční analýzy, kterou lze provést na základě dat z účetní závěrky. V konečné fázi je navržena opatření ke zkvalitnění účetní závěrky. |

The bachelor thesis is the final accounts and statements in the frame of Czech law. In the theoretical part describes the preparatory work, inventory and closing the books that relate to accounts. Below are the main financial statements, which include the balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow and attachments. In the practical part are applied teoretical knowledge in a praticular company, which describes the accounts and the end of the financial statements. The purpose is to compile and publish the financial statements to be comparable with the accounts for the previous financial year with the financial statements of other entities. With the use of financial statements is to evaluate the ability of the financial statements in terms of financial analysis that can be performed based on data from the financial statements. The final stage is proposed measures to improve the financial statements. |
