dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámit s problematikou sebeobrany ženy. Popisuje rozdíly mezi ženou a mužem, nejčastější způsoby, časy a místa napadení, typy násilníků a jejich nejběžnější důvody útoku. V práci je zahrnuta také právní stránka problematiky. Samostatnou kapitolu tvoří zbraně, které se dají využít k obraně. Pomocí fotodokumentace jsou znázorněny nejčastější způsoby napadení a technika účinné obrany.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor work is to introduce a woman's self-defence dilemma. Differences between woman and man are described as well as the most frequent means, times and places of assaults, kinds of ravishers and their most common reasons for aggression. The legal point of this dilemma is also included in the work. Weapons, which could be used for self-defence, make the separate chapter. Through the use of photodocumentation are illustrated the most frequent means of assaults and a technique of effective defence.	en
