dc.description.abstract	The contribution describes the archive stock of the company Bata and companies within the concern kept by the Zlín office of the Moravian Regional Archives in Brno. Archive stock in the length of approximately 1 km from 71 authors is stored here. The most important one is undoubtedly the archive stock of Bata, a.s. Zlín from 1894 to 1945 and the subsequent archive stock of Svit, s.p. Zlín from 1945 to 1990. Archive aids - inventories in printed and electronic form have been prepared with respect to the entire archive stock. Documents archived in this office are often used by for instance film-makers, journalists and other persons interested. The most frequently studied topics concern the history of the Baťa company in general as well as top managers of the Company but mainly the life and work of Tomáš Baťa.	en
